SHIPPING AND DELIVERY GUIDE
Kindly refer to the table below for our express flat fee shipping rates for countries we deliver internationally. Express delivery rates will be calculated based on the weight of purchased items at the checkout page max 2kg. Highly recommended for any urgent gift delivery.
1. When your order package is being delivered, customs duty and/or additional taxes may be applied when the items pass through Customs inspections in every country. Given that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, please kindly check with your local customs office for further details on the postal value thresholds that may be liable for local duties/taxes. These additional costs, if any, would have to be borne by the buyer/recipient.
2. If your order includes pre-ordered items, kindly note that your package will only be shipped out when the stock of all purchased items is available.
Orders placed before 11am will usually be available by 3 working days (Monday-Fridays).
*Shipping fee includes handling costs of orders. Please note that for orders above SGD 50, Free delivery (local) Singapore.
**Please note that for Express Delivery service (2-4 days), additional weight-based charges would apply. Highly recommended for any urgent gift deliveries. Express delivery orders will be sent via DHL Express with tracking services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us so we have tried as much as possible to simplify the process for you.
All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a returned item not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
Non-eligible products for returns and exchanges
Personalized items, shoes, bags, accessories, underwear, sale items, special product mark downs and sample clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Faulty or damaged products
SnJ Happy Kids strives to ensure that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order before sending it. If, however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at to discuss the appropriate action. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Product color discrepancies and portrayal
Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised that all computer screen color settings vary and can affect the way products appear when viewing on the monitor. SnJ Happy Kids will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible however we will not be held responsible for any color discrepancies that may occur.
How to make a return or exchange
Contact us with your request at within 15 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return package. Your replacement item/store credit will be sent to you within 2-4 business days upon receiving the returned item. Note that once ordered is confirmed and Payments received, "Payments" referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances and/or requested for any reasons based on our return policy.
